Our client is a privately owned company, committed to delivering safe, quality outcomes as a specialized supplier of high consequence transport, storage and related supply chain services.
The purpose of the role is to perform all aspects of clerical and administrative duties within our distribution & operations divisions.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Process invoices and runsheets with an eye for detail
- Liaise directly with customers
- Support transport operations and other business units as required
- Processing of POD's, SPA's and Weighbridges
- Raising consignment notes
- Data entry
- Follow various processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve desirable outcomes
- Other administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate
- Experience with processing invoices and/or runsheets preferred
- Methodical and able to work with multiple processes
- High focus on safety
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
- Ability to work autonomously
- Have a can-do attitude
- Willingness to complete a range of administrative tasks
- Outstanding attention to detail
