Trade counter sales
Do you have experience working with construction materials and excellent customer service skills? If so, this role is for you! We are currently partnering with multiple businesses across Canberra seeking adaptable and quick-thinking professionals to provide top-tier service and support to their clients. This is a fast-paced role with a diverse client base, so the ability to adapt quickly and efficiently is essential.
Duties and responsibilities:
This role will involve the ability to build relationships with both new and existing clients. This is a hands-on, customer-facing environment working with construction or industrial materials.

- Stay up to date with new products and obtain current product knowledge

- Order processing and keying in orders

Skills and qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a similar sales or customer facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer data, process orders, and handle general administrative tasks.
- 2 recent reference checks from previous employers to verify work experience and character.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
