... Your New Role:
Reporting to the NSW Factory Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Service and Sales teams across Australia. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate all aspects of the Service and After-Sales department.
- Answer phone calls and address customer enquiries promptly.
- Assist walk-in customers with service or spare parts needs.
- Interpret spare parts requests and coordinate service work between technicians.
- Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure branch stock aligns with demand.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by responding to technical enquiries.
- Ensure timely distribution of products and services, meeting customer expectations.

About You:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in spare parts or service roles within a similar industry.
- An understanding of mechanical or hydraulic systems.
- Proven experience with customer service, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Confidence to troubleshoot problems and resolve them effectively.
- A highly organised approach, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
