Key responsibilities -
- Allocating service jobs to technicians and keeping team members and customers informed.
- Prepare and enter service jobs accurately and promptly
- Allocate work to subcontractors when needed
- Log customer concerns and requirements
- Share after-hour callouts and occasional weekend duties with the National Assistant Service Coordinator.

About You
- experience in service coordination and adminstration highly desired
- material handling equipment highly regarded
- knowledge of WHS/OHS regulations and fatigue management principles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Mechanical understanding of materials handling equipment is a bonus!
- Proficiency in computer software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
