Your New Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with various departments to support the smooth operation of sales processes and initiatives in Pyrmont. Your role will involve analysing business trends, managing purchase orders, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the business.

Your Main Duties

• Analyse data and sales reports to identify key trends and insights across retail clients and points of sale
• Manage the timely processing and follow-up of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update the internal promotion calendar and manage promotion-related operational expenses
• Handle retailer product and marketing inquiries with a customer-centric approach
• Support the creation and management of client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Assist in tracking and following up on price promotion claims

About You

• Experience in sales operations, sales support, retail support coordinator, merchandise coordinator, retail coordinator, retail operations or a similar administrative role
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, retail, or beauty industry is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
