An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to join a leading international waste company as a Sales Administration Support. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the sales administration processes.

Your New Role:

Reporting to a supportive and approachable administration supervisor you will be instrumental in the successful support of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering general phone enquiries
• Providing leads to the sales team based on location and area of enquiry
• Provide the correct response regarding Company structure/ Information.  Be aware of communicating sensitive information 
• Generate movement authorisations and movements accurately
• Converting quotes to job sheets, raising movement certificates, ensuring consignor and contact details are correct
• Create New and Update existing customer information
• Liaising and booking jobs with operations and transport
• Determine individual customer requirements and provide solutions to exceed expectations;

About You:

• Understanding of project delivery and processes, ideally gained through direct experience in a trade or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders, including on-site teams, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project information accurately.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
