Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Rostering and Scheduling Support Officers for a well known and reputable State Government department located within Adelaide's CBD.
Multiple positions are available and the duration of assignment being 6 months with a high view for extension. Days of work will be Monday-Friday. Pay rates for these roles are between $43-55 per hour plus Super. If you have a background in: Scheduling, Rostering and or Payroll we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain rosters that align with operational requirements and workforce availability.
- Coordinate shift assignments while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Communicate schedules to employees and address any conflicts or changes in a timely manner.
- Monitor attendance, leave requests, and staff availability to adjust schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and resolve scheduling challenges.
- Utilise scheduling software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Essential Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Technical Proficiency and ability to pick up new programs quickly
- High level verbal and written communication
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve conflicts promptly
- Hold a current NPC
To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
