Key Responsibilities:
... - Maintain training records and documentation (licences, tickets and qualifications).
- Maintain and update safety documentation, records, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and ensure they are up to date.
- Act as a Return to Work Co-ordinator (RTW) in case of an employee being injured at work.
- Keep track of safety-related incidents, accidents, and near-misses and suggest preventive measures.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure safety standards are met.
- Participate in WHS audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote a safety-conscious culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WHS Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining safety records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various teams.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for documentation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
