Your New Role
As the Project Coordinator, be at the centre of coordinating vital social housing projects, supported by a Contract Manager who’s approachable and supportive. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you’ll build valuable skills in administration, customer service, and scheduling.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering tailored solutions.
- Scheduling contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Updating customers and contractors with clear and consistent communication.
- Processing invoices to finalise completed jobs.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth project timelines.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as managing documentation and filing systems.

About You
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles (think hospitality, retail, waitress/waiter, bar staff, or admin coordinator).
- A strong eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
