About the Role:
You'll be at the heart of coordinating essential social housing projects, supported by a Contract Manager known for their empathetic and approachable style. No two days are the same, and you'll develop valuable skills in administration, customer service, and project coordination.
What You'll Do:
- Answer customer calls and provide tailored solutions.
- Schedule contractors and keep projects on track.
- Update customers and contractors regularly.
- Process invoices to finalise completed jobs.

- 1-2 years of admin or customer service experience (retail counts!).
