My client is currently seeking two experienced Despatch Administrators to join the team based out in Derrimut on a 4 Month Part time basis. Due to the significance of this role we are seeking to recruit someone with strong relationship and team management skills to help lead from the front as well as someone that can tick most of the boxes below!
X2 positions available
- Monday to Thursday 5pm to 10pm
- 1 - 2 days Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
About the Role:
- Receive & Dispatch
- Collate and match documentation including driver run sheets and POD's
- Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
- Respond to all customer request via phone and email
- Looking after day to day operations
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
- Adhoc duties
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- SAP & EXCEL experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience working within the Transport industry
- Strong attention to detail
- A willingness to go above and beyond your own duties
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and self motivated
- High standard of work
