We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a successful company on the Gold Coast.
You will play a key role in the day to day operations of QLD - joining a supportive and fun team!
Key responsibilities -
- Lead and coordinate daily operations
- Communicate between departments and states to ensure seamless workflow
- Scheduling
- Identify areas for improvement and ensure database is kept up to date
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers
- Provide exceptional customer service
Ideally you will have -
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of daily operations in a business environment
- Knowledge of ServiceM8 highly desirable!
