Office Assistant and Administrator
My client is seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity to showcase their skills in an office environment. This is a busy role based in Canberra, ACT. Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role and environment who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Maintain records, budgets, and office supplies
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure efficient communication

- Assisting in scheduling and event coordination
- Supporting HR and management with administrative tasks
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
