Your New Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a temporary Office Administrator role, with strong potential for a permanent position for the right person. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (due to international time zones). Full-time office-based role where you will be:
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinate meetings.
- Overseeing office supplies and liaise with the admin department.
- Preparing and supporting PowerPoint presentations for various departments.
- Coordinating employee travel arrangements with our external travel agency.
- Handling general secretarial and administrative duties as required.
About You
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not essential.
- Experience in Office Coordination, Office Administration, Administration, Team Assistant positions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
