Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Utilise Excel and other MS Office or Google Suite applications for data entry and reporting.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to help the team thrive.
- Investigation and closure of open / pending transactions
- Mitigating between multiple stakeholders to resolve issues
- Data entry and Data Analysis
- Managing all communication and service requests for a set portfolio of clients
About you:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, and experience with MS Office or Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Confidence and experience being the first point of contact.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Accurate touch typing skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Resilient
- Comfortable making and taking calls to both internal / external stakeholders
