Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize Excel and other MS Office or Google Suite applications for data entry and reporting.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to help the team thrive.
About you:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, and experience with MS Office or Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Confidence and experience being the first point of contact.
- High attention to detail.
- Accurate touch typing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create professional internal and external documents i.e. flyers
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
As the location of our client is not public transport friendly, applicants must have their own car and drivers license.
