About the Role
Located in Ferryden Park and reporting to the Admin Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their site. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the efficient functioning of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities & Task included but not limited to
- Welcoming visitors in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Facilities management - monitoring visitor log book issuing passes, stock/ stationary ordering and kitchen maintenance
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area for customers and visitors and monitor shelf stock levels in the showroom.
- Ensure coverage of staff across the admin team during business hours
- Taking orders from customers and the Sales Department and conveyed to dispatch for picking and delivery to their destination in a timely manner.
- Prepare sales and purchase orders and invoices
- Follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Filing documents and maintaining archiving system
- Conduct retail door sales, operating EFTPOS facilities if necessary.
- Attending and responding/ delegating emails appropriately
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Operations Manager to maintain timely delivery of orders.
- Comply with WHS policies and procedures to ensure safety is a priority on site.
- Work in accordance with the vision statement and quality policy of the business and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes the Company’s Values.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and adaptability to all levels of stakeholders
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
- High level of computer literacy - testing will be initiated
