- Oversee the general upkeep of the office, including managing kitchen and office supplies.
- Perform general office administration, including filing, word processing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support with project administration tasks.
- Conduct thorough checks on new company projects to verify client and financial details, ensuring all necessary documentation is received.
- Assist with job invoicing, including month-end invoicing tasks.
- Support the Business Manager in following up on outstanding payments.
- Undertake additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Business Manager and/or Directors.

About You:
- 2-3 years administration experience.
- Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suites, (Xero is a plus but not essential).
- Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is desired but not essential.
