As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support to the Sydney office.
Your Duties
- Support Office Manager and Sydney Directors with diary/email management and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office upkeep, supplies, equipment leases, and staff inductions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle invoicing, accounts, debtor management, expense reconciliation, and liaise with IT for workstation setups.
- Assist with event planning, social media and branding.
- Assisting with projects and company forecasting.

About You:
- Previous Customer Service, Administration or Reception experience is essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Suites is desired.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
