With more than 21 years experience in delivering premium projects and being the best in their field, this business is rapidly growing and is seeking a Night Shift Project Coordinator to join their high performing team.
Your New Role
As the Night Shift Project Coordinator, your role will focus on answering telephone calls that come through after hours, and performing general office work including data entry and administrative tasks as instructed.
Your duties will include:
- Professionally manage incoming calls, including screening and forwarding
- Handle data entry, including creating, amending, and attaching relevant documents to work orders in Stream
- Liaise with tenants, clients, and trades for work order scheduling, bookings, cancellations, and ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Schedule jobs and maintain contractual KPIs
- Address tenant and client complaints and ensure a high level of customer service
- Receive, assign, and invoice work orders while ensuring all documentation is properly stored in the system
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

About You
- Previous Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Administration, Scheduling, Maintenance, Facilities, Data Entry or Project experience
- Ability to work 12am - 9am Monday - Friday
- Construction experience HIGHLY regarded
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Passion for helping people and providing high quality customer service
