About your new role
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12 months from start date
Pay Rate: $44.33 - $46.54 / hour + Super
Location: Parramatta / WFH - Current office days are Tuesday - Thursday
Hours of work: 8 hours p/d, 40 hours p/week
Responsibilities include:
- Lease Management: Maintain and update lease records, including key dates, terms, and conditions.
- Compliance: Ensure all lease activities are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and distribute lease documentation, amendments, and correspondence.
- Reporting: Generate reports on lease status, upcoming expirations, and financial obligations.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders regarding lease-related matters.
- Financial Administration: Monitor rent payments, coordinate lease renewals, and manage lease-related invoices and expenses.
- Database Management: Ensure all lease data is accurately recorded and maintained in the company’s database system.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any lease discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
What you will need to succeed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 2-3 years experience in lease administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
