About the role - HR Administrator
Start Date - ASAP
Assignment Tenure - 3 months
Hours - 38 hrs/week
Pay - up to $45/hr + super
Responsibilities for the role -
- Act as the initial point of contract for recruitment team by taking phone calls, answering routine enquiries.
- Work within the Springboard application to process and progress all applications for Roles.
- Contribute to continuous enhancements in attraction and selection processes, candidate management, and customer service.
- Maintain office and administrative systems to ensure appropriate record keeping is applied.
- Assist with all stages of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the procedures are conducted openly and transparently.
- Prepare, process, and securely store all relevant documentation and files in accordance with established procedure.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing effective secretarial and administrative support within a large organisation or department.
- Demonstrated prior experience in the development and maintenance of administrative systems.
- Experience with the following application – Springboard, LLN Robot and Fit 2 Work platforms - is desirable.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, Word, and the Internet.
- Problem solving skills to identify issues and where appropriate recommend appropriate action.
- Initiative to ensure issues and ideas are identified and addressed appropriately, plus follow up on potential opportunities and risks.
- Judgement and maturity to ensure matters of a confidential or sensitive nature are handled and dealt with appropriately and diplomatically.
- Attention to detail using appropriate checking processes to ensure information is recorded accurately.
Key Selection criteria -
- Demonstrated engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to use MS Office suite
- Experience with databases including but not limited to Springboard
- Able to work unsupervised
- Experience with personnel recruitment and selection processes and activities - is desirable.
