Finance Project Administrator
Are you a finance-savvy administrator looking for work in a dynamic project environment? In this role, you will leverage your financial and administrative skills to support the successful delivery of key projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth project planning, delivery, and reporting
- Managing high volume of financial administration activities, including processing tax invoices, processing invoices, create purchase orders, allocating timesheets to projects
- Conducting procurement activities, including the purchasing and supply of materials and services within departmental guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate project records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
What we're looking for:
- Experience in financial administration
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with competing deadlines
- High-level computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Suite ( SAP is highly desirable)
- Adept at problem-solving and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
