We are seeking a Revenue Officer / Financial Administrator for a temporary opportunity within the health sector. Based in a dynamic team environment, this role is ideal for candidates with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing debt collection for Medicare-ineligible patients, including sending claims to patients or insurers and following up on outstanding claims
- Contacting patients to obtain Workers’ Compensation details and raising and submitting claims to insurers
- Preparing and mailing out manual claims efficiently and accurately
- Assisting team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You:
- Experience in a similar revenue or financial administration role
- Communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 40 hours p/w
