Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for office administration and workplace coordination? We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a dynamic team at a global software company in Sydney CBD.
This full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), commencing Monday March 3rd 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee reception, mail services, office supplies, and visitor management.
- Liaise with building management, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage room bookings, video conferencing, catering, and office events.
- Assist with onboarding, desk allocation, security passes, and general workplace queries.
- Maintain kitchen areas, office cleanliness, and ensure all facilities are in working order.
- Coordinate external service providers, monitor costs, and support workplace improvement projects.
About You
- Experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or workplace services.
- Strong customer service, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
