Establishment Officer | Federal Government

About the Role:
We are seeking Establishment Officers to join a Federal Government Agency supporting the effective administration of grants in the Health sector, focusing on creation and execution of funding agreements. You will be working in a collaborative and high-performing team contributing to meaningful projects that directly benefit Australian communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse grant information and data to create funding agreements.
- Perform complex data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage group mailboxes.
- Conduct general administrative tasks as required.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and escalate issues and risks appropriately.
- Perform assurance functions to support team objectives.
- Contribute to a positive and solution-focused team culture.
- Participate in business improvement initiatives to enhance current processes.
Essential Requirements:
- You must be an Australian citizen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences
