We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our client in the logistics sector, located in the heart of Auburn. Our client values a positive attitude, loyalty, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities as the Dispatch Coordinator:
- answering phones - updating clients re delays, issues with drivers
- General administration duties for transportation.
- Coordinating deliveries
- Assign routes and adjust plans to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Identify and address issues related to data entry processes, suggesting improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within Dispatch Coordination
- Previous experience using SAP
- Transportation & Logistics Experience
- Eager to learn
