Logistics Company Customer Service Representative
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Location: Hume ACT
Pay: $36p/h casual
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Logistics Company Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. We are a national business with a busy environment dealing with up to 100 calls per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions
- Manage customer accounts and orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Monitor and track customer shipments, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Stay informed about the latest logistics industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- You must be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN to qualify for this role
- No working from home
