Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line reception support, helping participants with enquiries and self-service kiosks
• Respond to customer inquiries, offer relevant information, and refer to government or community services as needed
• Manage shared team email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries
• Coordinate and facilitate appointments using agency facilities, ensuring accessibility for all participants
• Perform data entry and follow-up tasks to maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate administration skills with willingness to learn and further develop your skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a readiness to learn new systems.
• Desirable: Experience (professional or lived) with disabilities

Additional Details:

• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Start Date: Monday, January 20th, 2025
• Work Location: Office-based (no remote work option)
• Eligibility: Australian Citizenship required
