As part of the Customer Experience and Analytics team, the Customer Relations Officer contributes to the development of an efficient, professional and tactful complaint handling service to customers in matters concerning service delivery, information, customer experience and claims.
As well as performing duties specified in this position description an employee may be required to undertake other duties or functions consistent with their classification, capabilities, and skills.
$35ph + super
ASAP start (6 month contract with scope to become permanent)

Key responsibilities:
- Receive customer feedback, log details and ensure timely responses by letter, email or telephone, initiate internal investigation and or reporting as required, monitor and finalise cases.
- Ensure ownership of all customer contacts and that all customer feedback is dealt with promptly and courteously, providing a level of customer service that demonstrates the department is committed to resolving concerns and ensuring appropriate actions have taken place and to improve service.
- Ensure all customer feedback is followed up and actioned within agreed time frames and priorities according to the level of urgency.
- Assist with identification of trends in customer feedback, informing management regarding solution strategies.
- Assist with the development and creation of initiatives to improve the handling of customer feedback
- Prepare data for reports and analysis.
