About the Opportunity:
You will provide clerical and administrative support to the Building Construction & Maintenance Section, including handling enquiries, raising work requests, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries.
- Raise and action work requests for trades and contractors.
- Process and reconcile invoices and orders.
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and files.
- Perform general clerical tasks (data entry, filing, document assembly).
- Support other teams and promote a positive Council image.
Essential requirements:
- School Certificate or equivalent.
- 12 months of clerical or administrative experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
