Your New Role
This role requires the Assistant to perform administrative functions that ensure the smooth daily operations of claims. The role requires you to have exceptional organisational, time management and project tracking abilities, as well as strong communication skills. Primarily to provide claims management support to the claims team by processing all invoices approved for payment in a timely and accurate manner. Other duties as may be required from time to time.
Your Responsibilities:
- To attend to filing of claims records and to provide general clerical and administrative services in relation to claims.
- To attend to all invoices and enter payment into claim system.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in timely manner.
- Produce claims reports (as needed with assistance for team members).
- Reports to Claims Manager/Portfolio Manager (as and when requested).
- Continual compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Claims Reference Guide.
- Reference to relevant Regulations and policy wordings.
- New systems as/when required.
