Pay rate: $40-50 per hour + Super. This is dependant on prior experience & level of the role.
About the Roles:

General Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth business operations by coordinating work flows between departments.
- Assist in project management and support the implementation of business initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain records, databases, and office systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions as required.
- Assist with general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain records, reports, and important documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange timely replenishment's.

Background in Government departments are desired but not essential.
Essential skills:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
