An opportunity has become available for a personal / executive assistant to join a well-regarded organisation on a 6-7 month contract covering leave. This role supports the Chief Operations Officer and broader leadership team, requiring strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the COO and senior leadership team
- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and confidential documents
- Coordinate board governance, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Oversee business administration tasks, including IT support (outsourced) and records management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication
- Communicate any updates to the wider team via email
- Event coordination for the team including morning tea's and other team culture acitivities
- Assist with operational processes and reporting
- Assist with accounts data entry processing
About You:
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with MYOB (or similar accounting software)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Inqusitive nature with a proactive approach to work
- Contribute to a positive team culture
