• Coordinating the national team including scheduling engagements with members, and providing remote support throughout the processes
• Planning and organising member quality assessments, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and are conducted in a fair and efficient manner
• Ensuring and providing relevant information to support members in meeting the necessary requirements and standards for continued membership approval
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and answer any questions
• Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the industry sector

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Support, Administrator or related role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the highest attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of certification assessment processes and requirements is a plus
• Experience in project management is a plus
