About the Role:
Business Support Administrators will provide operational and administrative support.
- Customer Service responding to community members either via telephone, email or in person.
- General administration support as well as day to day operational tasks.
- Creating and maintaining statistical reporting and maintaining databases.
- Assist with projects in an administrative capacity
- Highly developed ability to use computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect of all council departments and its function.
About You:
- Highly attentive to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely work
- Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders
- Experience in maintaining systems and ensuring a smooth function
- Strong experience working in a changing, busy paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality.
- Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
