As a Bookings Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing job scheduling and assignments for an internal trades team, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery. Reporting to the Contract Manager, known for their supportive and empathetic leadership, you will play a key role in coordinating work across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call tenants to discuss and confirm job scheduling.
- Assign jobs to internal trades teams, ensuring timely allocation.
- Schedule and manage job bookings efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Provide regular updates to tenants and trades teams on job progress.
- Maintain accurate job details in the internal system.
