Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including document management and scheduling.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, offering professional customer service.
• Maintain and update databases and other IT systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Create and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to support reporting and data analysis.
• Assist with office supplies management and the coordination of office equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and provide support.
• Perform other duties as required to support the office team.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel are essential).
• Strong IT and database usage skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with telephone customer service and general office support.

• Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
• Australian citizen.
