Position description:
- Inbox management.
- Maintaining spreadsheets.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Provide high level administrative advice and support.
- Drafting and reviewing internal and external communications.
- Booking and planning stakeholder meetings.
Key Capabilities :
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated written and communication skills.
- Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the use of contemporary computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing software.
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
