The APS4 Budget Management Support Officer role is responsible for analysing and providing outcomes to support informed decisions.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
... Analysing records according to policies, general practice and legislation to make create and maintain to reduce overspend
Be confident to communicate via telephone and identify current circumstances and spending patterns
High quality record keeping, ability to use IT systems confidently, adhering to process guidelines and standard operating procedures
Research and review decisions and manage moderately complex cases with the assistance of staff
Complete administrative and data entry tasks relating to individual needs
Work towards the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets
Key skills required include communication and interpersonal skills
Your profile will demonstrate:
Administration experience in banking/finance, health or government related backgrounds
Ability to manage difficult conversations
Great organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple records at once
Australian citizenship
