Your new position
As a Project Officer, your duties will include:
... - Provide high level administration and project support, including the preparation, collation and management of high-quality correspondence, reports and briefs, as required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of word processing software applications, particularly Microsoft word and Excel and a high degree of skill in applying software functions to prepare complex and detailed documents.
- Maintaining and updating systems such as Sharepoint and Power BI reporting tool.
- Work closely with Directors and Managers to identify, develop and implement business improvement strategies/ work practices which will improve the workflow, efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
- Maintain effective time management practices by prioritizing workflow to ensure timeframes are met and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence / initiate follow up action where required.
- Other duties as directed and required.
Your Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following to be successful:
- Experience providing high level administration support and specialist advice in a similar capacity is necessary.
- There are no mandatory requirements for this role however, experience in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint or any other information system reporting tools would be highly regarded.
What You’ll Receive
- $56.52per hour plus super
- Varying contract lengths available
- Brisbane CBD location
