• Review and revise content to ensure all deliverables are compliant against agreed quality assurance standards including formatting, grammar, content flow, image selection, layout, functionality, branding and accessibility guidelines.
• Provide advice and assistance on achieving consistent, high quality product outcomes by working across functional and operational areas to achieve results.
• Establishment and maintenance of Continuous Improvement register and schedule of works
• Access, operate and maintain databases, project management systems, process information and prepare/distribute documents as required.
• Ensure accurate, current and complete progress tracking, records and file management for products and resources via the designated project system whilst also identifying and mitigating issues.
• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of high quality commercial products for the department
• Provide effective and efficient general administrative support to the Product Agency as required.
• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Director Product Agency or Project Managers.

Mandatory requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload within the parameters of the role.
• Ability to use digital and online systems, including but not limited to Microsoft programs including Teams, Sharepoint, JIRA and online content management systems, and communicate using digital technologies such as email, discussion forums and meetings.
• Excellent communication skills with high level English skills in writing and reading.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical and systematic approach to task management and completion
