• $48.90AUD per hour - $54.26AUD per hour
• Brisbane CBD based
• Full-time
• Monday - Friday (No weekend work required)
• 3x month contract with potential to extend*
• No parking on site

About You:

• Previous State or Federal Government experience.
• Specifically previous experience in administrative positions.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive director.
• Managing competing priorities and providing consistently high levels of support.
• Facilitate the purchasing, receipting and payment of goods, materials and supplies for the branch using S4/HANA and corporate credit card in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved in a friendly and professional manner.
• Liaise, consult and negotiate across all areas of the department or division to obtain or provide relevant and timely information.
• Keep administrative registers and systems up to date to ensure timely, quality records maintained in the Business Services Team and to support the Leadership team.
