Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Scanning and organising documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
General Office Duties: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
KPI Management: Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for scanned documents to ensure adherence to established time frames and quality standards.
Collaboration: Working closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Attention to Detail: Maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrates responsibility for their work and proactively addresses and rectifies any errors or issues, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
- Previous Administrative experience in the public or private sector
Pay Rate: $38.90 per hour plus Super
Location: Brisbane CBD
