My construction industry client based in Kent Town has a fantastic permanent, full time opportunity for an experienced Receptionist and Administrator. Working closely with the Detail Survey team, this role is a dual position with some days managing Reception and other days working in the Administration role. The ideal candidate will will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide project based, administrative duties and project coordination support to ensure operational alignment and efficiencies.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Provide support to the team with administrative duties to assist in achieving their objectives
- Managing the Reception desk on certain days (shared role) and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering calls and enquiries
- Coordinate meetings and meeting rooms as required
- Create and update jobs in the company's project management software
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings
- Arrange transportation of equipment or resources to site
- Assist in the project induction and onboarding of new team members, ensuring seamless integration into operations
- Maintain, book, and update qualifications, certifications, permits, etc., in the databases for team members
- Support the preparation of detailed quotes and tenders, liaising with technical staff as needed
- Assist in monitoring and raising timely monthly invoicing, liaising with Team Leaders, Project Managers and accounts staff
- Maintain an organised system for project documentation
- Generate reports and liaise with Project Managers to ensure project updates and data accuracy in systems
- Administrative duties for supplier agreements
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
- Strong general administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Great initiative with the ability to multitask
- MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook experience
- Construction industry experience in a similar role is highly desired but not essential.
