The ideal candidate will be supporting their high performing Facilities team and delivering excellent customer service to clients. We are seeking an entry level Administrator with great initiative who is eager to learn and grow within this growing global company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mailroom duties
- Assist with handling reception and phone inquiries
- Provide administrative support
- Issue and program access passes to visitors to the building
- Maintain safety and security
- Welcome and sign in visitors in a prompt and friendly manner
- Procurement of facility supplies
- Building audits
- Set up meeting rooms as required
- Assist with events support
Ideally you will have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detai
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- The ability to multi-task effectively
