We are looking for an experienced administrator to join one of our manufacturing companies.
This is a great opportunity to further your career - working closely with the GM supporting the daily operations of the company.
Previous experience within the manufacturing or construction industry is highly desired, however not essential .
This role is a fixed 12 month contract with high possibility to go perm.
... Key duties -
- General administration - answering calls
- Oversee sales orders and quotes - including other branches
- Assisting the internal sales team with quotes, dispatch and deliveries
- Stock movement
- Working closely with the General Manager and daily operations
- Customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Ideally you will have -
- Proven experience in a similar role / administration
- Reliable and excellent customer service
- Experience using Salesforce is a bonus!
