- Document management activity within legislatively driven time-frames.
- Processing of a range of applications lodged by the Community, including management of documentation linked to activities across plumbing and engineering; town planning, building and compliance areas within the Development Assessment Branch.
- Liaising with colleagues across the Branch and other areas of Council in responding to customer queries. Queries are triaged via written and verbal channels - e.g. frontline telephone support or correspondence out to the Community.
