Randstad is currently recruiting for an Administrator position to join a valued client.
We are looking for candidates who have very strong administration skills, have high attention to detail and can really build a rapport with clients and customers, and has a friendly nature.
The role is based in the Northern Gold Coast and is an ongoing temporary role, with the high possibility to become permanent. Monday to Friday 8am til 4pm
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage reception including answering and transferring calls
- Taking enquiries from customers and clients
- Assist with any operational improvements where necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients of the business
- Assist with orders, raising purchase orders and invoices when required
Your Skills and Experience
- Great customer service and experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
- Reliable and a great attitude
- Experienced in general administration or receptionist role
