Your New Role:
Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Senior RTO Operations Coordinator, who is known for their positive, versatile and supportive management style.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process applications and support students in engaging with RTO systems and processes.
- Assist with various administration tasks, including scheduling and document version management.
- Maintain, organise, print, and post training materials for courses.
- Store scanned documentation from current and past training sessions.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

About You:
- Previous experience in an Admin/Coordinator role or within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
- Experience in course scheduling and conducting enrolment sessions.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and/or other databases.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
